The Personality Test

Our Personality Test technology is based on the Big5 also known as the OCEAN model. It measures candidates’ levels of Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism and matches these levels to the ones required for the job. The innovative test design uses images and an attractive interaction model that makes it fast while being validated at the same time.

You can find out more about the five personality traits by clicking on the links below.

What does it mean?

People at the high end of the scale enjoy questioning norms and conventions, like to play with ideas and have vivid imaginations. In contrast, the relatively conventional people at the other end of the scale, prefer the concrete to the abstract and the known to the unknown.

An icon of Openness is the Italian multi-talent Leonardo da Vinci, amongst others a painter, scientist, sculptor and philosopher.

The Motivation Test

Drives are about what people think is important to them, how they perceive their surroundings, what motivates them and how this influences their behavior. Drives are about what you want, about why you behave in a certain way. They give direction to your abilities, but say nothing about their quality.

Our motivation test is based on the drives theory of dr. Clare Graves. It measures, ranks and provides insights into candidates’ motivational drives.

The IQ Test

Our IQ test is comprised of Progressive Matrices-style items, which measure cognitive skills and clear-thinking ability. It was developed by the University of Cambridge Psychometrics Centre.

Because of the simplicity of its use and interpretation, and its independence of language and reading and writing skills, matrices tests have widespread practical use – as a measure of intelligence for job applicants.

Our algorithm matches the candidate’s score to required educational norm score for the job.
